Your Visual Inspection Agreement
The Visual Inspection Agreement is an important part of the inspection process and involves your understanding of the scope and limitations of a professional home inspection. Because of its importance, the VIA must be read, signed, and provided to the home inspector at the beginning of the inspection. If you will not be present, you may email the completed form to us so that we may have it by the day of the inspection.
